Police blotter: $10K worth of property stolen from Ivy Drive home

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of Glenview Police Department. Readers are reminded an arrest is not a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BURGLARY

A home on the 4300 block of Ivy Drive was broken into on July 22. Loss was $10,000.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

A vehicle’s hood and side front fender were scratched between 7 a.m. and noon July 23 on the 2800 block of Patriot Boulevard or the 1700 block of Greenwood Road. Damage was $600.

The window of a business van was broken between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. July 27 on the 2200 block of Golf Road. Damage was $2,500.

THEFT

A cellphone was stolen July 23 from Flick Park Pool, 3600 Glenview Road. Loss was $700.

DRUGS

Justin Casas, 21, of 7995 Berkshire Drive, Hanover Park, was cited at 11:15 p.m. July 24 for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 900 block of Indian Drive.
