Glenview Police Blotter: Man charged with resisting arrest

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of Glenview Police Department. Readers are reminded an arrest is not a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL

Nicholas J. Gerage III, 48, of 1112 Castilian Court, Glenview was charged at 9:46 p.m. Aug. with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to yield turning left on the 1000 block of Longmeadow Drive. His court date is Aug. 27.

Sara Nash, 50, of 1406 Wilmette Ave, Wilmette, was charged at 12:43 a.m. Aug. 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and speeding on the 4700 block of West Lake Avenue. Her court date is Aug. 27.

The following 18-year-old Glenview residents were cited at 11:55 p.m. Aug. 9 for minor in possession of alcohol after their vehicle was stopped on the 1300 block of Waukegan Road: Patrick Mihelic, of 2210 Larkdale Drive; Zoey Sideris, of 3027 Mapleleaf Drive; Carolin Kessler, of 1507 Basswood Land and Lucija Vesligaj, of 605 Waukegan Road, Unit 2F.

Ronald Szostek, 49, of 3105 Cherry Lane, Northbrook, was charged at 7:29 p.m. Aug. 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding on the 2000 block of Pfingsten Road. His court date is Sept. 19.

RESISTING

David Murov, 26, Of 2749 Glenview Road, was charged at 1:54 a.m. Aug. 10 with resisting arrest of a peace officer and assault on the 2000 block of Patriot Boulevard. His court date is Sept. 19.

THEFT

A charcoal grill was stolen between 6 a.m. Aug. 10 and 9:56 a.m. Aug. 11 from a front yard on the 3400 block of Lawrence Lane. Loss was $1,600.
