Oh what a night!
A huge heartfelt thank you from all the animals to everyone who attended Heartland Animal Shelter’s 5th Golden Paw Gala benefit for the animals, on Nov. 5 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Northbrook.
Over 150 people and 40 canines toasted to Heartland Animal Shelter’s mission to continue to find permanent, loving homes for homeless animals.
Gala attendees enjoyed appetizers, desserts, a huge silent auction, raffles and were thrilled to see Robin Rock from 93.9 lite FM who served as a special emcee of the Golden Paw & A-cat-emy Awards Pet Pageant & Photo Contest.
The benefit raised $15,000 through a silent auction, corporate sponsors and mailing solicitation at the charity’s website.
