Police Blotter for Feb. 14

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Glenview Police Department. Readers are reminded an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
FORGERY
Anton Montgomery, 28, of 534 Marcy Ave., No. 2H, New York City, was charged at 12:14 p.m. Feb. 10 with forgery and deceptive practice on the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He also was arrested on a warrant from the Lansing Police Department for driving on a suspended license. His Glenview court date is Feb. 27.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A vehicle’s windshield was smashed Jan. 30 on the 2000 block of Lehigh Avenue. Loss was $400.
A vehicle’s rear window was smashed Jan. 30 on the 2000 block of Lehigh Avenue. Loss was $400.
THEFT
A cell phone was stolen Jan. 31 from a business on the 2100 block of Patriot Boulevard. Loss was $400.
A tablet computer was stolen between Jan. 25 and Jan. 31 from a business on the 1700 block of Glenview Road. Loss was $600.
Medication and office supplies were stolen between May 5 and Sept. 24 from a business on the 2600 block of Patriot Boulevard. Loss was unknown.
A musical instrument was stolen Feb. 5 from a driveway on the 200 block of Montgomery Lane. Loss was $300.
Ewa Zarakowski, 41, of 36588 Mary Drive, Lake Villa, was charged with retail theft at 3:55 p.m. Feb. 6 on the 1900 block of Tower Drive. Her court date is Feb. 22.
Natalya Tolstik, 37, of 721 Hapsfield Lane, Buffalo Grove, was charged at 8:10 p.m. Feb. 8 with retail theft on the 1900 block of Tower Drive. Her court date is Feb. 27.
Melissa Pelayo, 18, of 2084 Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, was charged at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 11 with retail theft on the 2200 block of Willow Road. Her court date is March 12.
BURGLARY
A home on the 800 block of Lennox Road was entered by force between Jan. 25 and Jan. 31 where was jewelry was stolen. Loss was $2,100.
A generator and construction tools and equipment were stolen between Jan. 31 and Feb. 2 from a home on the 1400 block of Tuscany Court. Loss was $2,050.
DRUGS
Sean Russell, 19, of 4151 Williamsburg Court, No. 201, Glenview, was cited at 2:10 a.m. Feb. 2 for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 4100 block of Cove Lane.
ALCOHOL
Mijail Guzman, 18, of 547 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, was cited at 12:48 a.m. Feb. 2 for minor in possession of alcohol on the 1400 block of Huntington Lane.
Reed Michalek, 19, of 640 Glenayre Drive, Glenview; Lars Lopatka, 18, of 1012 Ashland St., Wilmette and Matthew Castellini, 18, of 643 Walden Road, Winnetka, were cited at 8:54 p.m. Feb. 4 for minors in possession of alcohol on the 600 block of Glenayre Drive.
Quinn Gately, 19, of 2301 Covert Road, Glenview, was cited at 11:31 p.m. Feb. 4 for minor in possession of alcohol on the 3300 block of Potter Road.
Nicholas Ward, 20, of 4114 Cove Lane, No. F, and Kamil Oz, 18, of 4406 Hammersmith Lane, both of Glenview, were charged at 5:47 a.m. Feb. 8 with minors in possession of alcohol on the 1800 block of Potter Road. Court dates are Feb. 22.
Lawrence LaCoste, 62, of 648 Fairway Drive, Glenview, was charged at 11:53 p.m. Feb. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and driving an uninsured vehicle on the 0 to 100 block of Shermer Road. His court date is March 13.
Nikolas Roeder, 35, of 8880 Golf Road, No. 1A, Des Plaines, was charged at 1:46 a.m. Feb. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol on the 2100 block of Birchwood Court. His court date is March 13.
Elizabeth Long, 31, of 1556 Harding Road, Northfield, was charged at 2:26 a.m. Feb. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol on the 1400 block of Waukegan Road. Her court date is March 8.
Georgia Triantafilis, 31, of 2336 Techny Road, Northbrook, was charged at 1:14 a.m. Feb. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 31 to 39 mph over the limit and improper lane use. Her court date is March 8.
Jason Andrews, 40, of 517 Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, was charged at 2:43 a.m. Feb. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol on the 1000 block of Zenith Drive. His court date is March 27.
