The following two Glenview residents received degrees from the University of Iowa: Kristy Cho Huh, juris doctor; and Yun K. Lee, doctor of philosophy in business administration.
Joseph LaPlaca of Glenview was awarded the Denison Alumni Award by Denison University in Granville, Ohio. LaPlaca is a member of the class of 2016.
Following her May graduation from Butler University, Ashley Neiweem, of Glenview, has begun studies at the Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
Patrick Specht, a Glenview resident and a graduate of New Trier Township High School, has been selected to be a McDonough Scholar at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio this fall. The nationally recognized McDonough Leadership Program helps students gain a deeper understanding of leadership, practice their leadership skills, and in the process grow as engaged leaders on campus, in the local community, and beyond.
Farah Nooreen Ahmed of Glenview earned a master of public health degree from Benedictine University in Lisle.
Cassandra Goski of Glenview received a master of business administration degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.
The following Glenview residents graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston: Quinn M. Johnson, bachelor of science degree in business; Jennifer N. Lohre, bachelor of arts degree; and Timothy J. McManus, bachelor of science degree. ~.
