Lindley named Glenbrook South baseball coach

What follows is the Glenbrook South press release:

Glenbrook South Athletics - New Head Baseball Coach - Dave Lindley

Dave Lindley has been named the new Varsity Baseball Coach at Glenbrook South High School. Coach Lindley had been GBS’ head coach from 2000-2007. Prior to that, Dave was the head baseball coach at Hinsdale South for seventeen years. In 1982, Dave won a state championship while serving as head coach of Hinsdale South. Dave grew up in Evanston, where he played baseball for Evanston Township High School and served as an assistant coach and teacher at Evanston following his graduation from college.

Dave was inducted into the Illinois High School Coaches Hall of Fame in 1996.
